Rotary steering drilling technology is the most advanced drilling technology in the petroleum industry.The accurate measurement and storage of down-hole tool attitude is one of the key technologies of SINS rotary steering drilling.A large amount of original down-hole attitude signal can help to obtain the working status of the drilling tools,and to study near-bit vibration rules.It is also the only data source for drawing engineering parameter curves.Therefore,it is necessary to develop down-hole attitude signal acquisition and large capacity storage system.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:First,in this paper,a DSP-based down-hole attitude signal acquisition and large capacity storage system is proposed based on the existing attitude measurement theory of drilling tools with the application background of rotary steering drilling technology.Second,TMS320F28335 is taken as the core controller,and the chip is selected suitably for the down-hole working environment in the system.The circuits are designed including clock circuit,power circuit,reset circuit,signal conditioning circuit and memory interface circuit,and finally the hardware integration and debugging are completed in the system.Third,corresponding functional software is developed and the modular programming idea is adopted.The system initialization subroutine,ADC application subroutine,attitude angle solution operator program,storage and accessing function subroutine,and a series of peripheral function module subroutine are programmed inside.The attitude sensor's output signal is acquired in real time,and the original data or the calculated attitude angle data into the large capacity memory is stored quickly in the system.Then large amounts of data can be read sequentially through the programming environment.The laboratory simulation experiments with TX-3S inclinometer and vibration platform are carried out,and the experimental results show that the system operates reliably and stably.Moreover,the corresponding functions can be realized and the data storage is accurate.The highest working temperature can be up to 125 ?,and the storage capacity can be as large as 1 GB.In the sampling frequency of 200 Hz through 8 channels,the system can acquire,record data about 124 hrs continuously.This research make great success in obtain a large amount of attitude and vibration data in the down-hole,and helps to obtain the working status of the drilling tools for engineering parameter curves.This research has the practical technical application value.
