With the continuous advancement of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",equipment predictive maintenance and equipment status intelligent monitoring of equipment manufacturing industry have received more and more attention,equipment operation and maintenance and work status monitoring have become a rare metal processing enterprise important work in production management.Rare metal fast forging machine is an important production equipment to improve and guarantee the performance and quality of rare metal processing materials.The reliable operation and working condition monitoring of hydraulic unit is the key.Therefore,the research on the condition monitoring system of the hydraulic unit of fast forging machine has typical application value for improving the reliable operation and product quality of the rare metal fast forging machine.Firstly,the equipment composition and process of rare metal fast forging machine,as well as the hydraulic unit of fast forging machine are analyzed,The demand for the condition monitoring of the hydraulic unit of fast forging machine and system function are determined.Relying on Fieldbus,OPC and Database technology,the operation condition Monitoring system Architecture of hydraulic Unit of Fast forging Machine based on Internet of things has been constructed.The system is divided into three layers:data acquisition,data transmission and monitoring and management.The operation data acquisition,transmission,monitoring and control network and hardware system of hydraulic unit of fast forging machine are designed by using sensor,wireless sensor,industrial Ethernet switch,PLC,industrial control computer and so on.Based on the Force Control configuration software,the software for monitoring the status of the hydraulic unit of the fast forging machine and the data management program based on the database of SQL Server 2008 are developed,including the subroutine of data acquisition,database management,monitoring interface,web release,status warning,etc.The operation state early warning model based on fuzzy neural network is established.The training and simulation is carried out in MATLAB based on the knowledge base of operating state and status symptom parameters as training sample.The actual operation results show that the condition monitoring system can realize the real-time dynamic monitoring and status warning of the hydraulic unit of the fast forging machine,realize the dangerous operation warning and predictive maintenance of the hydraulic unit of the fast forging machine,and improve the running reliability of the fast forging machine.Product quality plays an important role in the production management of rare metal processing enterprises.
