Study On Chemical Water Plugging Method Of High Liquid Content And High Water Content Well In Chaoyang Oilfield

For chaoyang trench oil field geological characteristics of high fluid volume high containing water Wells.Through to the chaoyang ditch oilfield formation physical property,pore structure,lithologic composition,water quality and wettability are analyzed.In order to realize the study of the reservoir characteristics,through the measurement system in the study of indoor gel strength and gel time,stability time.Optimizing the main agent of plugging agent type,concentration,and the type and concentration of additives,optimizing the intensity is larger and stability is strong new type chemical plugging agent formula.The optimal selective water plugging formula was developed as follows:0.6%HPAM（25million molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide）+1%Ca-Ls+0.3%Organic Chromium+0.3%Delayed Crosslinking Agent PRA+0.15%NaHCO₃+0.4%NaCl+1.1%Thiourea.The initial viscosity of the gel system was about 500mPa·s,and the strength>was 20000 mPa·s after gel formation.The gel formation time was more than 24 hours,and the retention rate of 90-day viscosity was>80%.The simulated water plugging experiment shows that the water plugging rate of 5²0×10^-3μm² cores in chaoyang oilfield is more than 85%,and the oil plugging rate is about 10%.Through the experiment of water shutoff process parameter optimization,the analysis results showed that the maximum value of the average grade difference Be of the plugging rate was 58.77%,and the corresponding selective plugging effect was the best.The corresponding optimal injection parameters were:the injection speed was 0.05ml/min,and the injection amount was 0.2pv.Reduce the water content of production well and improve the recovery rate.
