Hydraulic support is one of the most important equipment in underground coal mining.The safety guarantee of coal mining relies on the reliability and stability of hydraulic support to support surrounding rock and coal wall to ensure the safe and effective mining of coal.It also ensures the safety of life and property of front-line workers while ensuring the safe operation of mining machinery in the mining environment.The research and development of traditional hydraulic support have bottlenecks in principle,such as high bearing capacity,precise control and so on.The advantages of parallel mechanism are embodied in its high stiffness,stable structure,strong bearing capacity,high precision of moving platform and fast moving speed of moving platform,which are highlighted in the design of new hydraulic support.Based on the working theory of experts and scholars,two kinds of hydraulic support using parallel mechanism are proposed,and two new types of parallel hydraulic support are designed.Through theoretical analysis,ADAMS software is used to simulate the movement of parallel mechanism,and ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the stiffness and strength reliability of the new hydraulic support in surrounding rock.Verify the feasibility of two new parallel hydraulic supports in actual coal mining.Theoretical analysis shows that 3-SPS parallel mechanism is a 6-DOF parallel mechanism;3-RPR parallel mechanism is a 3-DOF parallel mechanism.At the same time,the passive pairs and driving pairs of parallel mechanism are determined.Finally,the parallel mechanism is integrated into the overall design of hydraulic support.Because of the addition of mechanism,the top beams of two parallel hydraulic supports,namely parallel mechanism,are made.Finally,the degree of freedom has become a three-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism with less degree of freedom,and the top beam movement of three degrees of freedom in the coal mining process has been able to meet the needs.Two complete models of parallel hydraulic support are established by designing Solid works three-dimensional software.3-SPS parallel mechanism and 3-RPR parallel mechanism are modeled in Solid works three-dimensional software and imported into ADAMS software for kinematics analysis.The displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the moving platform are obtained,and the motion period of the parallel mechanism is also analyzed,whichprovides data for later analysis.According to the coupling mode of surrounding rock of hydraulic support,a three-dimensional coupling model of surrounding rock,coal wall and hydraulic support is established in ANSYS Workbench.The maximum working resistance of the hydraulic support in the initial state is calculated,which is the force applied on the coupling model.Through the analysis,the stress,strain and deformation cloud diagram of each component on the parallel hydraulic support can be obtained,and the data obtained from the simulation analysis of the main hydraulic support in use at present have more room for improvement.Finally,some parts are optimized,and the design of parts is improved,so that their stiffness and load-carrying capacity are greatly improved.The new parallel hydraulic support designed by parallel mechanism has better performance compared with the original hydraulic support in simulation analysis.In principle,it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic support.It provides ideas for the design of hydraulic support.It is hoped that parallel hydraulic support will be used in coal mining in the future.Figure [125] Table [8] Reference [68]...
