Research On Green Taxation In The View Of Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought

With the development of economy,at present,on a global scale,they are facing many challenges of the ecological environment,the ecological destruction in some areas has threatened the survival of civilization.The topic of this paper focuses on this background fact,guided by Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought,on the basis of following the basic rules of Market economy,Introduction of effective green tax tools,gradually rectify the past practice of neglecting the construction of ecological civilization in all aspects of economic and social development,through the powerful fulcrum of green taxation,better practice of Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought,cohesion of the consensus of the whole society,gradually build a more complete green tax system,while reversing the situation of ecological deterioration,we should constantly promote the transformation of economic structure and development mode,so that taxes can not only protect finance,but also protect ecology and peopleundefineds livelihood.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,introduction to the background and significance of the selected topic,the domestic and foreign studies are summarized from the horizontal and vertical directions,summing up ideas,absorbing experience,accumulating methods,and objectively evaluating oneundefineds own innovation and deficiency,so as to realize self-knowledge.The second chapter introduces Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought systematically and concretely,there are three aspects: the background of the times,the ideological basis and the main contents.The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze how to locate and focus on green taxation under the framework of Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought.The third chapter from the aspects of concept,basic theory and experience introduce green taxation.On the basis of the second and third chapters,the integration of the fourth chapter is coming naturally.That is,to give full play to the efficiency of green taxation and practice Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought.Respectively from analysis of green taxation in practice,problems and causes of green tax system our country,explores the necessity of constructing green taxation from the perspective of Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought,the effect of the present situation is analyzed,and the direction of perfection is defined.Then in the fifth chapter,the mission goal of perfecting green taxation,the principle of adhering to,and the concrete measures are discussed in detail.Answer and describe how green tax works and what role it plays from a more scientific and sophisticated perspective.
