Since the 21 st century,most parts of the world have been in a period of peace.The development of science and technology,the increase of population has brought higher demand,more people in order to pursue the interests of "shortcut",the pursuit of short-term benefits and ignore the resulting disadvantages: environmental problems.In recent years,China has been taking environmental protection as an important issue at conferences over the years.In 2018,China’s Eco-environmental Protection Congress proposed the policy of taking ecological protection as the first task.In order to achieve this goal,enterprises have a great responsibility.Enterprises make the circulation of resources more convenient,but at the same time become the biggest producer of pollution.From another point of view,enterprises do not create interests and protect the environment,but should promote each other,and the bridge between them is the disclosure of environmental accounting information.Perfecting the environmental accounting information disclosure system is the need of the current social and economic situation,and it can improve the environmental protection consciousness of the enterprise,and make the enterprise go further on the road of sustainable development.Shanxi Sanwei Company,received seven administrative punishments for environmental violations in the four years from 2014 to 2017.Should lead by example in a timely and specific disclosure of environmental punishment accounting information,but the lack of two,repeatedly conceals.So this article selects Shanxi Sanwei company as the analysis object,combines the stakeholders,the social responsibility theory,the application literature research,the case analysis and so on,through the research summarizes Shanxi Sanwei compang’s calendar year external report,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the disclosure of environmental accounting information,and sums up the reasons from the inside and outside of the enterprise.This paper summarizes its opinions and suggestions on environmental accounting information disclosure,and hopes to help Shanxi three-dimensional Company to promote its environmental accounting information disclosure level and move towards green and sustainable development.
