In this research FaL-G(Fly ash,Lime and FGD Gypsum)technology is used.As FaL-G technology is used to improve the quality and strength of building blocks.The physical and chemical properties of FaL-G were analyzed and FaL-G was used in creating of blocks.First of all the small-grained FaL-G were placed in the oven for drying on the temperature of 60°C for 24 h then the various tests were conducted on the FaL-G like the XRD,(X-ray diffraction)and SEM(scanning electron microscope).The Standard Consistency water check was applied by Vicat equipment to grasp the quantity of water mixed with the FaL-G.The samples were taken in 100 grams and 300 grams.The samples were made in 4 proportions.The quantity of the proportions were analyzed in 100 grams and 300 grams through vicat apparatus.The blocks were put in five conditions for testing.Such as i.natural(Sun light)dryness,ii.Room temperature drying,iii.Oven drying,iv.Freezer drying,v.Water drying.The blocks in natural sunlight dryness,room temperature dryness,oven dryness(60°C),immersed in water and the freezer drying(-16°C)were kept for 24 hours.The two tests were applied on the blocks one was compressive strength and second was flexural strength test.Over all the tests of naturally dry block showed better r esults as compared to the other dried blocks.As compared the FaL-G blocks with normal red clay brick showed more strength.It is noted that the blocks have much load bearing strength and flexural strength as compared to the clay bricks.As the blocks can bear more strength if kept for long duration comparable to clay bricks.So it can be utilized in future for building construction.
