| This paper mainly focuses on preparing a kind offlame-retardant/fluorescent compound functional regenerated cellulose material,and it can be applied in the fields of fire-fighting clothing and household wallpapers,and so on.In order to broad the utilization space of the cellulose products.In this paper,flame retardant and fluorescence modification of regenerated cellulose fibers were studied in the two-component ionic liquid system using flame retardant finishing modification and blending modification methods.Based on this,the flame-retardant/fluorescent composite functional regenerated fibers were preparedby a combination of two methods of blending and finishing,and the effect of the preparation process on the properties of the fiber was explored.Furthermore,the resistance of the composite functional fiber was also investigated by using water washing.The cellulose was modified by different flame retardant modification methods,and the influence mechanism of different flame retardant modification methods on the fiber properties was investigated,and the flame retardant modification method was optimized.The test results show that the limiting oxygen index of the flame-retardant finishing cellulose fiber can reach 35,showing excellent flame retardancy.At the same time,by observing the structure and morphology of different flame-retardant fibers,TGA and DSC analysis,it can be concluded that the flame-retardantfinishing fiber structure is superior to the blended flame-retardant fiber and has higher thermal stability;The flame-retardant mechanism of the fiber is mainly based on the cohesive phase flame-retardant mechanism;compared with other flame-retardant fibers,the mechanical properties slightly decrease.Fluorescence regenerated cellulose fiber was prepared by blending modification method.When the content of ZnS:Cu reaches 0.56wt%,the fluorescent particles begin to disperse uniformly in the fiber,exhibiting good fluorescence performance;at the same time,when the concentration of the fluorescent agent increases,the crystallinity gradually decreases,and due to the decrease of crystallinity,the fiber The mechanical properties also have an influence;and the concentration of the fluorescent agent has little effect on the thermal stability of the fluorescent regenerated cellulose fiber.Flame-retardant/fluorescent composite functional regenerated fibers were prepared by a combination of two methods of blending and finishing,,and the effects of the preparation process on the properties of the fibers were investigated.The study found that the limiting oxygen index of the composite functional fiber and the flame-retardant fiber is not significantly different,and the flame-retardant/fluorescent composite functional fiber still has good flame retardancy and thermal stability;even if the fluorescence intensity is lower than that of the fluorescent fibers,the composite function still maintains good fluorescence properties.The water washing test found that the experiment has a certain influence on the flame retardancy of the composite fibers,and the flame retardancy after water washing can still be better than the flame retardant blended fibers,but still need to be improved;while the experiment basically had no effect on the fluorescence properties of the composite material.The prepared composite functional fiber material not only can improve the performance and market value of the regenerated cellulose fiberbut also can broaden the application field of the forest biomass resource. |
