Rotary steering technology is a cutting-edge automated drilling technology.For the development of unconventional oil and gas resources,especially the development of shale gas,the requirements for drilling technology are getting higher and higher.Conventional rotary drilling tools can no longer meet the problems of large-displacement wells and slave horizontal wells,and have problems such as insufficient slanting ability and low efficiency.In order to solve these problems,the national “13th Five-Year” project is combined with “high-slope rotation rotary drilling tools”."Requirements,based on the Schlumberger Power Driver Archer rotary guidance tool,the high-slope rotation steering tool measurement and control system research.The paper has done two aspects of data research,one is the research on conventional and high-slope rotary directional drilling tools at home and abroad;the other is the lack of research work in the measurement and control of conventional rotary directional drilling tools,and the paper The problem to be solved.The paper mainly carried out three aspects of work:(1)The paper first analyzes the working principle of the high-slope rotation steering tool,and proposes the structural design of the high-build slope-rotation directional drilling tool HBR-RSS(High Build Rate-Rotary Steerable System),and draws the drilling using CAD software.Schematic diagram of the overall structure of the tool.(2)Combined with the inclinometer experimental platform of Xi'an Research Institute of China Coal Science and Technology Group,the indoor experimental test was carried out on the space attitude parameter measurement system of the high-slope rotary rotary drilling tool,and the HBR-RSS tool attitude measuring instrument system was verified.The inertial body scheme consisting of a shaft MEMS accelerometer + MEMS gyro sensor,the results show that this scheme is feasible.(3)The force analysis of the stable platform is carried out,and the dynamic equation of the stable platform control is obtained.The three-dimensional tool model of the high-slope rotation guidance tool is constructed by using SolidWorks software,and it is put into the ADAMS software for simulation.The guiding tool is used to simulate the motion curve of the process and the simulation curve of the motion parameter of the oblique to steady process.In this paper,the scheme design and indoor experiment verification of the high-slope rotation steering tool measurement and control system are exploratoryly explored,and the corresponding experimental conclusions are obtained.It has certain promotion effect on the development and further promotion and application of HBR-RSS system.
