Oil-gas-water mixed transportation is a common way of oil region gathering and transportation.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research in mixed transportation,but the research objects are mostly focused on steel pipes,which is very rare for the mixed transport of flexible composite pipe widely used in domestic oil fields in recent years.In recent years,with the deepening of oil field development,the difficulty of oil field development has increased year by year.The crude oil in Hongshanzui oil region can flow smoothly to the metering station without heating in the buried pipeline at the wellhead,thus forming the gathering and transportation technology of crude oil in Hongshanzui oil region without heating.However,in order to realize the benefit development of the old oil area,it is necessary to optimize the gathering and transportation network radius of single well,continuously compress the investment cost and increase efficiency.However,at present,the calculation model and basic theory of the crude oil gathering and transportation technology of the flexible composite pipe in hongshanzui oil field are not perfect,which seriously restricts the popularization of the oil gathering technology of the flexible composite pipe in a single well at normal temperature.In this paper,by investigating the relevant data of domestic and international crude oil normal temperature gathering and transportation research,combined with the related theories of heat transfer and fluid mechanics,the flexibility of different working conditions is determined by laboratory experiments to meet the pressure drop of stratified flow and bubble flow in the tube.Established the hydraulic model HY,the thermal model HR,and the gathering and transportation radius calculation model HJ suitable for the field gathering and transportation in hongshanzui oil region,and carry out the analysis of the factors affecting the gathering radius,and then calculate the heat transfer and hydraulic coupling to optimize the gathering radius.It has important theoretical significance and practical application price for optimizing ground process design and popularizing single-well flexible composite pipe gathering and transportation process at normal temperature.
