In order to control the disturbed surrounding rock deformation of multiple repair roadway,the mechanism of floor heave in soft rock roadway with submerged floor is explored by means of theoretical calculation,rock mechanics and field test based on the existing endowment of track roadway in Wulunshan Mine,Guizhou Province,and in view of the characteristics of floor heave in soft rock roadway with submerged floor.And the control technology of roadway floor heave is established.The main conclusions are as follows:The floor rock is studied by spectrometer.The results show that the floor rock contains a large number of clay minerals.At the same time,the hydrologic characteristics of the floor rock are analyzed.And it is concluded that the floor rock has the characteristics of expansion,softening,disintegration and so on after contact with water.At the same time,the influencing factors of soft rock roadway in submerged floor are studied.And the order of the key factors is as follows: Ⅰ》Ⅱ》Ⅲ,Ⅰ--Influence of geological soft rock,Ⅱ--Influence of softening after contact with water,Ⅲ--Influence of ground stress.It is determined that the main causes of floor heave of soft rock roadway in submerged floor are shear expansion and expansion deformation of surrounding rock,expansion after contact with water and rheology based on the theoretical analysis of the type,process and composition of roadway floor heave.The controllable means are to change the properties of surrounding rock and shield the influence of water.According to the above analysis results combined with a large number of related research,roadway control principle was determined.The support reinforcement scheme of " remove roadway floor heave + floor + drainage + grouting" is put forward.The grouting materials are compared and discussed.Single liquid cement slurry(adding silicon powder,high performance water reducer,filling agent to improve its performance)is selected as grouting slurry for anti-immersion soft rock roadway floor.The injectability of the slurry with low water-cement ratio was verified in the laboratory.And the proportion of grouting materials was determined.The grouting parameters are optimized.And the important parameters such as grouting depth,grouting pressure and row spacing between grouting are determined.Anew pneumatic grouting system for geotechnical engineering is designed on the basis of grouting parameters.The pneumatic grouting system is composed of four parts as follows: drainage-making cement slurry-grouting-site evaluation.The problem of pipe plugging by high concentration grouting with low water-cement ratio has been solved.The drainage part can be set up to keep the slurry from being affected by water after injection.According to the supporting scheme and grouting depth,the grouting anchor rod is selected to ensure the basic demand of grouting in the floor.And the segmented grouting anchor cable is designed to solve the problem of inhomogeneity caused by deep grouting.The industrial test shows that the stability of the treated floor heave roadway is good.The construction effect provides a reliable basis for the grouting construction of the same kind of roadway.It is of great significance to the treatment of floor heave in soft rock roadway for sustainable development.Figure [42] table[12] reference[95]...
