| The cold work hardening phenomenon and residual stress generated in the metal material of the part can strengthen the surface of the part,improve its stress state and delay the generation and extension of fatigue crack.Rolling processing is a highly effective mechanical strengthening method and is widely used for surface strengthening of parts such as axles,crankshafts,and hydraulic cylinders.Rolling processing can improve various quality defects caused by machining,enhance the strength and hardness of materials,improve the surface finish of mechanical parts,and improve the fatigue strength of the working surface of parts.The introduction of residual compressive stresses on the surface of the part material reduces the chance of material fatigue damage from the machined machining level of the part.At present,for the related research of rolling processing,some rolling parameters are analyzed by test method to study the influence of rolling effect.The evaluation results of rolling effect are mostly surface roughness and surface.hardness.Since the determination of the plastic strain layer and residual stress is relatively difficult,there are few related studies involved.In the internal hole rolling,it is practiced according to experience.The research on the mechanism of the lightening strengthening of the inner hole surface rolling process is still weak,and there is no corresponding systematic research.There are few studies related to the numerical analysis of plastic deformation and residual stress on deep-hole rolling surfaces.Therefore,this paper takes two deep hole rolling methods of roller and ball as the research object,and establishes a deep hole rolling analysis model.The theoretical analysis of the deep hole rolling finishing smoothing mechanism is carried out and verified by relevant experiments.The deep hole rolling smoothing enhancement law is revealed,and the factors affecting the finishing and strengthening effects are analyzed.Using the powerful nonlinear function of ABAQUS numerical analysis software,a deep hole rolling finite element analysis model was established,and the deep hole rolling process was simulated.The effects of interference,feed and rolling speed on plastic deformation and residual stress were analyzed by setting various process parameters.It can promote the plastic deformation and residual stress variation of deep hole rolling process.This paper will improve the theory of deep-hole rolling processing tempering strengthening,overcome the difficulty of data acquisition in deep hole rolling test,and solve the problems of complex residual stress measurement. |
