Research On Cash Flow Management Optimization Of BM Manufacturing Company

As an indispensable economic content in modern enterprise operating and management,cash flow has been valued by more and more enterprises.Compared with accrual-based income statement,cash flow statement on cash basis can reflect more accurate amount of cash flow and real economic content the company has at a given time.BM is a small private joint venture with Japan.Because of backward management concept,it has not attached great importance to management and supervision of cash flow at all.Meanwhile,to pursue high profits,expansion and development,the company has left long behind the idea of "cash as king".With the gradual development of the company,serious problems caused by imperfect cash flow management are becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to find the loopholes in cash flow management and optimize them in order to improve the management efficiency and restore health status.It is against this background that this thesis studies the cash flow of BM Company and puts forward the optimization methods.On the basis of clarifying the purpose and significance of the research,this thesis expounds the literature on cash flow management at home and abroad,and makes relevant argumentation and analysis.Then the general situation of BM Company is introduced.Through the analysis of cash flow management,cash budgeting,cash receipts and payments,floating volume management and cash flow quality,this thesis introduces the cash flow management status of BM Company in an all-round way.Through analytic hierarchy process,the formula for measuring the efficiency of cash flow management is obtained by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,and the health status of cash flow is evaluated.Through horizontal and vertical comparisons,it is found that the efficiency of BM company’s cash flow management is increasing year by year,but there is still a certain gap compared with the excellent companies in this industry.After the evaluation,the problems are identified,and the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth.Lastly,some suggestions are put forward to optimize and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cash flow management and to make fundamental changes on awareness and methods of cash flow management in BM.This thesis is hoped that it is helpful to guide the related work of cash flow management of BM Company.
