With the advent of on-body wearable and implantable electronics,as well as increasing demands for human-friendly intelligent soft robots,enormous effort is being expended on highly flexible functional materials,especially stretchable electrodes,by both the academic and industrial communities.Among different deformation modes,stretchability is the most demanding and challenging.Conductive electrodes based on silver nanowires stand out among many stretchable electrodes because of their excellent electrical and mechanical properties.As one of the new modern processing technologies,laser has the excellent characteristics of speed,processing precision and stability.This paper mainly provides a method for patterning silver nanowire electrodes by laser technology.The method can make the conductive electrodes have a special pattern structure,which makes them have electrical stability and overcomes the change of electrical properties for strain.Meanwhile,this method expands the application prospects of conductive electrodes in medical,robot,heater and RF antennas,and has strong significance and value.The main results are summarized as follows:1.Synthesis and characterization of silver nano wires by polyol methodThe silver nanowires were synthesized by polyol method,and the influence of synthesis parameters on the synthesis of silver nanowires was studied.The regulation of synthesis conditions on silver nanowires was clarified.2.Established a processing technology for patterning silver nanowire conductor materialsThe silver nanowire film was deposited by silver nanowires,and the patterned silver nanowire film was prepared by laser processing and deposition of flexible elastic substrate.The electrical properties and the relationship between the silver nanowire length and the amount of silver nanowires were studied.3.The surface morphology and the difference in electrical conductivity before and after transfer were also studied.silver nanowire/elastomer composite conductor material with a hollow structure was prepared to verify the effect of the rational design of the pattern on the material properties.Laser-treated silver nanowires and elastomer composites were used to obtain conductive electrodes of two-dimensional hollow mesh structure.Its electrical properties maintain excellent electrical stability during the stretching process.At the same time,the actual strain of the two-dimensional mesh hollow structure during the stretching process is revealed,which proves that a reasonable patterned design such as two-dimensional mesh structure can effectively reduce the actual strain of the material during the stretching process,thereby The tensile properties and electrical performance of the composite conductor material are obviously improved.
