Research On Risks And Preventive Measures Faced By Commercial Banks In PPP Model

The public-private partnership model is a powerful tool for building infrastructure.Especially in the case of economic instability,when the private enterprises are not willing to bear all the investment risks,and the government has insufficient funds,public-private partnership model provides an appropriate solution to the two parties.Thus,PPP model is particularly important to the sustainable development of our country.The case in this paper is a sewage treatment PPP project in Guangzhou.It is the first PPP project that the country's commercial bank participates.More importantly,it is a large-scale environmental protection project,which has the extensive applicability and practical significance for other large-scale environmental protection facilities in the future economic development.The article is divided into six chapters,mainly focusing on how X Commercial Bank conducts risk identification,assessment and response in the four stages of the pre-project,project implementation period,project concession period and non-franchise period of the sewage treatment PPP financing project.
