In recent years,with the increase of gas field development,the production of oily sludge has increased,and the use of various chemical additives has increased,resulting in serious emulsification of oily sludge.If the oily sludge in the high-emulsified gas field has a poor mechanical dewatering operation,it must be fully demulsified during the treatment to reduce the viscosity of the oily sludge.This paper analyzes the properties of common oily sludge,explains the source of oily sludge and the harm to the environment,and introduces various treatment and comprehensive utilization technologies of oily sludge,sums up the sludge treatment standards at home and abroad,and explores The oxidation treatment technology of oily sludge in gas field obtains the mechanism of oxidation and demulsification of oily sludge.In view of the difficulty of treating oily sludge in natural gas treatment plant,the oily sludge was conditioned by combining oxidizing conditioner with physical means.Through screening,the compound agents of MN-S,calcium oxide and sodium hydroxide were obtained.Combined with chemical-physical conditioning,the specific resistance of sludge was reduced from 130.30*1012m/kg to 2.77*1012m/kg,and the moisture content was reduced from 90.17%to 68.71%,which achieved significant sludge reduction and separation effect.By single variable method,the optimum dosage of oxidizing compound conditioner was obtained as follows:MN-S 0.2g/L,CA-S 2g/L and NaOH 3g/L.On-site amplification experiment,the water content of sludge treated by sludge chemical conditioning technology and skid-mounted pressure filtration process can reach 65.51%,which can meet the sludge reduction treatment standard of less than 80%.The oxidation of the compounded oxidizing agent significantly increased the interfacial tension of the sludge oil and water.After tempering with MN-S and hydrogen peroxide,the interfacial tension between oil and water before oxidative conditioning was increased by 65.7%and 67.9%,respectively..The increase of interfacial tension makes the sludge emulsion in thermodynamic instability.The conditioning agent cation enters the oily sludge and combines the surface charge of the particle,and the charged group of the sludge is destroyed,the surface charge of the sludge is reduced,the drop is more than 70%,and the gravitation between the particles is increased.Ultrasonic action further reduces the repulsive force between sludge particles and increases the probability of collision of sludge particles,which is beneficial to the production of larger and tighter sludge flocs in oily sludge.The average particle size of the sludge is increased by 76.7%,which make the sludge has better sedimentation properties..
