Since the International Maritime Organization banned the use of organotin self-polishing antifouling paints in 2008,the alternative study of non-toxic antifouling paints has been highlighted.In this thesis,2,4-thiazolidinedione(TZD)antifouling agent with good antibacterial effect and low toxicity was selected.After modification of antifouling agent via Knoevenagel reaction,the antifouling paints was prepared by physically mixing silicone propylene resin and chemically grafted polyurethane resin.The main results are as follows:1.Piperidine and ethanol was used as catalysis and solvent,separately.TZD was modified with DNL,get a high yield of DNL-TZD.Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(~1H-NMR)and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)show that DNL-TZD was successfully synthesized.Silicone acrylic was synthesized by free radical polymerization,and physically mix the silicone acrylic resin with DNL-TZD,the paint was further prepared.Marine experiments show that the new environment-friendly Marine paint was successfully prepared.2.PCL_x with different molecular weight was obtained by controlling the substrate equivalent as well as the reaction time.DHB-TZD was systhesized via Knoevenagel reaction.Polyurethane with DHB-TZD,HDI and PCL_x pendant groups was synthesized via a condensation reaction in THF under the influence of DBTDL and a nitrogen atmosphere.Static hydrolysis experiments and marine experiments show that the polyurethane not only has antifouling function,but also has the function of slow-release antifouling agent. |
