In practical applications, most of the luminescent materials are used in the form of aggregation.Generally, aggregation of the luminescent material will lead to two different effects on photoluminescence: aggregation causes quenching(ACQ)and aggregation induced emission(AIE).Obviously,ACQ effect has limited the application scope of the materials;while AIE materials have high fluorescence emission quantum efficiency in the aggregate state, which can brings vitality to the natural process of aggregation.AIE fluorescent conjugated polymers have attracted immense interest due to their excellent optoelectronic performance. It was demonstrated that the luminescent properties of conjugated polymers can be well turned by reasonable design and simple synthesis methods. These conjugated polymers can be further developed into functional materials with wide application in chemical sensing, gas adsorption and cell imaging. In this dissertation, the study was focused on the design, synthesis of novel fluorescent conjugated polymers and their applications in chemical sensing, gas adsorption and cell imaging.1.Taking triphenylamine as a raw material,TPPA and TIPA were obtained by Suzuki reaction, which could emit two complementary colors of blue and yellow. And by using salt formation reaction, seven kinds of hyperbranched polymers were obtained by controlling the ratio of TPPA,TIPA and DBO.The fluorescence tunability of the polymer in solid state, liquid state and gel state were studied. And a near-white hydrogel was obtained by electrostatically complexed with Sodium polyacrylates. This method provides a viable design strategy for regulating the fluorescence emission of fluorescent materials. And then nuclear targeted imaging was studied. The longest-wavelength polymer(TPPA-DBO)was selected for DNA and RNA selectivity studies. It was found that TPPA-DBO has high selectivity and sensitivity to DNA.These results have shown that positively charged polymers have good permeability to cell membranes and are targeted to the nucleus. This will be a very promising fluorescent imaging material.2.Six fluorescent conjugated porous polymers based on TPA and TPE were obtained by Ullmann and Suzuki polymerization.Their structures, thermal properties, pore structure and photophysical properties were characterized. It was found that TPA-PB-MA has a large specific surface area. And then the adsorption capacity of TPA-PB-MA for carbon dioxide and nitrogen at different temperatures were investigated,It was found that TPA-PB-MA has selective adsorption to carbon dioxide gas. Then, the identification of explosives were studied by polymers. It was found that TPA-PB-MA has high selectivity to PA,which provides a new idea for the synthesis of porous fluorescent materials.
