Maritime transportation is the main mode of transportation of energy and chemical products,including a large number of liquid dangerous goods.Liquid dangerous goods are poisonous,inflammable,easy to play or explosive,and the dangerous goods ship navigation environment is bad,the accident is uncontrollable,resulting in liquid dangerous goods ship accident hazard is enormous,safety supervision and rescue compared with land dangerous goods transport industry is more difficult to achieve real-time safety status of liquid dangerous goods ships.Effective monitoring is of great significance for preventing accidents and reducing property losses.Ship monitoring system is the integration of modern positioning navigation,communication technology and management technology.The ship-shore communication technology between shore-based management personnel and long-range dangerous goods ships is a difficult problem to be solved urgently.The rapid development of Beidou satellite system and the wide application of geographic information system provide favorable conditions for the safe,smooth and effective monitoring of dangerous goods ships.Beidou system has two functions of positioning and communication,and the cost is low,so it is the best choice of remote ship monitoring system.In this paper,combined with Beidou satellite system,geographic information system,WEB interface development and other technical means,designed a marine liquid dangerous goods ship monitoring system.Firstly,based on the analysis of the cargo system and its operation principle of the liquid dangerous goods ship,and according to the characteristics and hazards of the liquid dangerous goods,the important parameters related to the safety state of the liquid dangerous goods in the course of shipping are selected,and the preprocessing method is adopted to eliminate the fluctuation and anomaly of the collected data caused by the interference of the ship's navigation environment.Secondly,the overall design of the dangerous goods ship remote monitoring system is modularized,and the functions of each module of the system are divided.According to the relevant protocols of Beidou communication,the corresponding software is designed to realize the unobstructed link and remote transmission of monitoring parameters based on Beidou communication;the logic and function of each management interface in the WEB interface of user management based on GIS are developed and realized,and the system monitoring parameters,ship positioning and trajectory are visualized.Set up the alarm module to realize the judgement and alarm function of ship safety state.Finally,the experimental platform is designed and manufactured to simulate the cargo tank,install sensors,and collect modules.On the basis of the experimental platform,the accuracy and reliability of the remote monitoring system and alarm module are tested.The remote monitoring system based on Beidou communication has strong practicability and portability,which provides a new idea for ship safety monitoring,and the development cost is low and easy to popularize.It has certain economic and social effects.
