Aluminum reduction cell production is a complex production process.The cell conditions can be divided into hot cell,cold cell,hot stroke,cold stroke,long anode package,precipitation,leg extension and so on.Because there are few on-line measurable parameters,cell condition judgment in electrolytic aluminium production mainly depends on the experience of technicians,and combined with daily production data for analysis,management and decision-making.After the real-time data of anode voltage drop,cathode voltage drop,sidewall temperature and steel bar temperature are obtained through on-line measurement,we can analyze a large number of historical data and visualize the cell condition.Firstly,the theory of data analysis and visualization is introduced.The historical data of anode voltage drop,cathode voltage drop,side wall temperature and steel bar temperature obtained by on-line measurement are analyzed in multi-dimension.After analyzing and summarizing the status of aluminium electrolysis cell and aluminium electrolysis process,the status of aluminium electrolysis cell is divided into eight types:anode length,leg length,liquid aluminium fluctuation,furnace wall thickness,cathode damage,heat conduction,alumina concentration and superheat.The corresponding calculation,discriminant formulas and the position of the combined electrolyzer,visual analysis and display of the electrolyzer cell condition and location-based visualization analysis of the cell condition correlation are also given.Based on the results of cell condition,this paper presents a multi-variable time series variable window data visualization method based on parallel coordinate system using neighbor algorithm,which can visualize and analyze the cell state history data.Based on the analysis of the cell condition,this paper designs and gives the portrait of the cell.The visual display of the pictures can facilitate the technicians to visually analyze and observe the evolution of the cell condition of a single electrolyzer or the distribution of the cell condition of all electrolyzers in a workshop or a workshop.Finally,the association rule algorithm is used to realize the association rule mining of cell condition and the association rule mining of cell condition between different measuring positions,which provides helpful help for field technicians to grasp the information of cell hearth change and anode voltage distribution timely and effectively.
