Between the production workshops within metal processing companies,the distribution efficiency of raw materials and semi-finished products will affect the stable production of the company.With the continuous development of the automobile industry in China,the manufacturing mode of the vehicle manufacturing industry has gradually changed to a variety of varieties and batches.This production mode has also brought certain difficulties to the material distribution of enterprises.This paper mainly takes the material distribution route between the production workshops in the metal processing enterprises as the research object.For the material distribution efficiency is low,the improved cuckoo algorithm is used to optimize the material distribution route,thus improving the material distribution efficiency.This article has studied the following points:(1)Research on material network segmentation.This paper summarizes the research status of the workshop layout,and based on the layout of the workshop and the characteristics of the production process,finally adopts the work group-centered material management and distribution plan.(2)In the process of metal product processing,the vehicle routing problem of material distribution is selected and solved.According to the characteristics of the production process of metal processing products,the shortest path optimization model of material distribution is cited.In order to solve the referenced model,an improved cuckoo algorithm is proposed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is illustrated by eil51.(3)In order to apply the improved cuckoo algorithm to actual production,a material distribution system for metal manufacturing process was developed.By analyzing the actual needs of the enterprise,a feasible system development plan was designed.First,the database table design of the entire system is carried out on the basis of familiarity with the needs of the enterprise.Secondly,the system is decomposed into functional modules and developed in turn,and then each submodule is functionally tested.Finally,verify the effectiveness of the material distribution system through the practical application of the enterprise.
