The booming technology and economy have brought unprecedented prosperity to human society,and population explosions and rapid industrial development have placed new demands on wastewater treatment.As an important component of sewage,sludge contains a lot of harmful substances such as bacteria,viruses and heavy metals.The sludge that has not been properly treated is easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment,slowing down the pace of building a green and environmentally friendly economy,and how to develop and explore pollution.Mud reduction technology has always attracted a lot of attention from the industry.This study first focused on improving the A2+OSA process sludge reduction coupling pollutant removal.By adjusting the hydraulic retention time HRT,the sludge anaerobic retention tank sludge residence time ASRT and other operational parameters,the analysis of each operating parameter to the A2+OSA process The effect of sludge reduction and decontamination effect.Secondly,by comparing the modified A2/O process with the improved A2+OSA process of adding sludge anaerobic tank to the sludge section,and its pollutant removal efficiency and sludge reduction effect.The conclusions of the research obtained are as follows:(1)Comparing the two processes to remove organic pollutants and nitrogen and phosphorus removal under HRT,it can be concluded that when HRT=8h,the removal rate of COD by modified A2+OSA is 96.81%,and the removal rate of TN is 76.10%.The removal rate of NH3-N was 99.14%,and the removal rate of TP was 86.16%.Determine the best HRT is 8h.Within the scope of the established interval,the length of the sludge anaerobic tank residence time and the amount of sludge produced are inversely proportional.When the sludge residence time is 6h,the sludge yield is 0.161g MLSS/gCOD;when the residence time is 7h,the sludge yield is 0.147g MLSS/gCOD;when the residence time is 8h,the sludge yield is 0.109.gMLSS/gCOD.(2)Compared with the improved A2/O process,the improved A2+OSA has a good reduction effect.After 30 days of continuous operation,the cumulative reduced sludge discharge amount reaches 156.67g.Among them,the sludge yield coefficients of the modified A2+OSA and the modified A2/O process were 0.07 g MLSS/gCOD and 0.126g MLSS/gCOD.The sludge reduction rate increased to 49.3%.(3)In the case of using a sludge anaerobic tank,there is no adverse effect on the pollutant removal effect.After the system was continuously operated,the average COD of influent water was 447.93 mg/L,the average concentration of influent TN was 53.71mg/L,the average concentration of influent NH3-N was 40.29 mg/L,and the average concentration of influent TP was 5.48 mg./L.The average concentration of effluent COD in the modified A2+OSA process was 19.67 mg/L,the average effluent TN concentration was 11.66 mg/L,the effluent NH3-N average concentration was 0.33mg/L,and the effluent TP average concentration was 0.22 mg/L.The average effluent COD of the A2/O process is 23.6 mg/L,the average effluent TN concentration is 13.73mg/L,the effluent NH3-N average concentration is 0.29 mg/L,and the effluent TP average concentration is 0.27 mg/L. |
