| The living environment is the space environment in which human beings live and live,and is the basis for human survival and development.It is also an important indicator to measure human social progress and cultural development.It includes five systems: nature,human,society,residence and support.The core is to explore the relationship between people and the environment.The quality of the relationship is not only related to the environment itself,but also to the overall development of human health.Since the founding of New China,China’s urbanization has made rapid progress.However,in the early stage of urbanization construction,due to the failure to balance the interests of economic,social and ecological interests,the ecological security of human settlements has been continuously threatened,and the ecological crisis behind high-speed urbanization has become increasingly serious.Qingpu District is located in the southwest of Shanghai.It is mainly composed of secondary and tertiary industries.The urbanization construction speed is relatively fast and the characteristics are remarkable.The coordination level of human settlement ecological security and urbanization level plays an important role in the country.This paper takes the eco-environment system of Qingpu District in the economically developed areas as the research object.Based on the research method system of urbanization and human settlement ecological security,this paper evaluates and analyzes the ecological security of human settlements in Qingpu District from2010 to 2016,and explores the background of urbanization.The impact on regional human settlements ecological security,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coordination between urbanization level and human settlement ecological security,and provide a scientific basis for the management and regulation of human settlement ecological security.The main findings include the following:(1)Construct a research method system for urbanization and human settlement ecological security evaluation.In this paper,the PSR model,the obstacle degree model and the coupling coordination model are organically combined to construct a research method system for urbanization and human settlement ecological security evaluation.The ecological security level,urbanization level and coordination of the two communities in Qingpu District are respectively carried out.In-depth analysis.(2)Analysis of human settlement ecological security level.Overall,the ecological security status of human settlements in Qingpu District of Shanghai in2010-2016 is mostly at the “critical safety” level.In 2015,it was at a “safer level”,and the ecological security level of human settlements was from a critical security state to a less secure one.Situational transition;from the perspective of three subsystems,during the study period,the environmental status of Qingpu District showed a downward trend,while environmental pressure and environmental response showed an upward trend.It shows that human activities have taken effective measures to reduce,prevent and mitigate the ecological security crisis while causing ecological and environmental problems.(3)Analysis of obstacles in human settlement ecological security indicators.From the perspective of individual indicators,the three indicators of population density,urban sewage treatment rate,and number of hospital beds for thousands of people have the highest frequency.Among them,the population factor has a great influence on the ecological security of human settlements in Qingpu District,and the impact of urban sewage treatment rate indicators on regional human settlement ecological security has been decreasing year by year.From the perspective of the criteria layer,the environmental stress and environmental state obstacles showed an upward trend during the research period,while the environmental response showed a downward trend.The obstacle indicators of human settlement ecological security showed a trend of transition from environmental response to environmental pressure.(4)Analysis of urbanization level.During the research period,the urbanization comprehensive index of Qingpu District showed an upward trend,showing two remarkable characteristics in the whole: First,the level of urbanization was characterized by stage development in 2013;the second was the development between various subsystems of urbanization.It tends to be uncoordinated and the gap is gradually widening over time.The population urbanization index,economic urbanization index and social urbanization index are consistent with the trend of urbanization comprehensive index,showing a volatility upward trend.Only the level of land urbanization shows a downward trend with time,indicating that Qingpu District is in urbanization.In the process,as the population increases,the contradiction between people and land continues to intensify.(5)Analysis of human settlement ecological security and coordination.The coordinated development level of urbanization and human settlements ecological security shows a progressive evolution from low to high,and the coordination type gradually evolves from low coordination to high coordination,and the level of urbanization and human settlement ecological security in Qingpu District tends to rise simultaneously.situation.It shows that the interaction intensity between the urbanization system and the human settlement ecological security system in Qingpu District is increasing,and the interaction between the two systems tends to be reasonable.(6)Regional human settlement ecological security regulation and control measures.In this paper,the ecological security level and obstacle factors of Qingpu District,the level of urbanization and the coupling and coordination status of the two are analyzed.The problems of human settlement ecological security under the background of urbanization are found,and the current situation of Qingpu District is derived from the population.Policy,land resources,water resources,capacity structure adjustment and other aspects of the regulation and control measures to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and human settlements ecological security. |
