| The intangible cultural heritage is a living image of the development of the Chinese nation’s history and culture,and a totem of spiritual civilization handed down from generation to generation by generation.The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is to preserve the ancient cultural genes and protect the long cultural value chain.Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique was selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage protection list in 2008,and became a rare national intangible cultural heritage of Hebei Province.Protecting Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique is conducive to maintaining the cultural diversity of the Chinese nation,enhancing the national cultural heritage,enhancing the people’s sense of identity and confidence in their own national culture,and further promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society.On the other hand,the cultural reproduction of Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique can promote regional economic development,improve the overall economic level of the origin,and ultimately create tremendous economic and social value.Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique is an important intangible cultural heritage.Through the analysis of the production background and technical characteristics of Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique,the significance of protecting Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique was understood.On the basis of field investigation,the protection status of Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique was introduced,and several outstanding problems in the development of Shan Zhuang traditional brewing technique were concluded,including deviation of protection direction,inadequate construction of inheritance talent team,inadequate financial support,inadequate dissemination and publicity,and blindness in commercial development.Through the analysis,it is found that the cultural heritage protection consciousness is weak,the inheritance management mechanism is defective,the personnel training system is imperfect,and the multi-synergy mechanism is not established.Therefore,it is imperative to cultivate the spirit of originality and cultural identity,adhere to the brewing quality and technical characteristics,improve the protection and training system of inheritors,strengthen the promotion and publicity of technical culture,improve the development model of non-heritage tourism and establish a complete tripartite cooperationmechanism between government,enterprises and cooperatives. |
