Characteristics And Inheritance Of Chunshui Qiushan Jade In The Liao Jin Yuan Dynasty

Chunshui and Qiushan jade are jade articles with realistic styles describing the activities of the northern nomadic people in the spring and autumn “Nabo” system.They were used as decorative jade in ancient China.The theme of Chunshui and Qiushan originated from the "Nabo" system of the Liao Dynasty.In the two generations of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the activities of spring and autumn were still preserved.Spring water and autumn mountain jade are in the Liao,formed in the golden,prevailing in the Yuan,the same vein,and there are still spring water and autumn mountain jade circulating in the market.At present,there are fewer spring water and autumn mountain jade artifacts unearthed,most of which are handed down jade articles.This paper takes Chunshui and Qiushan jade in Liao,Jin and Yuan periods as the research object,and analyzes the historical background,artistic features and development inheritance of Liao Jinyuan Chunshui and Qiushanyu by analyzing and arranging literature monographs and comparing physical objects or pictures.In this study,a large number of literatures and reports and analysis of unearthed cultural relics were reviewed.On this basis,in-depth study of Chunshui and Qiushan jade was carried out based on the photos of specific objects.First of all,through the description of the concept,formation and historical background of Chunshui and Qiushan jade,explore the causes and development behind the art forms of Chunshui and Qiushan.Later,the thesis,the decoration,the function and shape classification and the process characteristics of Chunshui jade and Qiushan jade were discussed respectively,and the characteristics and style evolution of Chunshui jade and Qiushan jade were summarized.Thirdly,through the influence of the evolution of Chunshui and Qiushan jade shapes and the frequent political,economic and cultural exchanges,the cultural connotation and inheritance of Chunshui and Qiushan jade are discussed.Finally,through the present jade carvings of spring water and autumn mountains and the author’s own design works,the influence of this art form on modern jewelry design is discussed.Chunshui and Qiushan jade are a wonderful work in the Chinese national jade culture.It is unique in the history of Chinese jade culture with a true,frank and free-spirited wild atmosphere.The art form of Chunshui and Qiushan is the true embodiment of the grassland people in the process of observing nature,feeling nature and understanding nature.The true and unpretentious display of the simple and warm life scene of the ancient grassland,its unique artistic expression fully demonstrates the grassland.The unique aesthetic perspective and taste of the nation.The artistic expression techniques of Chunshui and Qiushan jade are derived from the temperament and self-confidence of the national culture of the grassland.This self-confidence and frankness in the culture of the times is worthy of learning and reference by modern designers.In the modern jewelry design,this kind of artistic expression contains a huge amount of energy,and as the research angle increases,more meaningful inspiration will be discovered.
