The amount of industrial hazardous waste generated in Jilin Province is 701000t/a,of which the amount of hazardous waste handled by large enterprises and enterprises with large waste generation is 666000 t/a,and the amount of hazardous waste that needs to be disposed of is 35000 t/a.Taking the province as an example,this thesis designs a hazardous waste centralized disposal device for the status and market demand of hazardous waste treatment,and designs pollution control devices.Through the analysis of the treatment process of hazardous wastes in our country and abroad,the incineration treatment method was selected.The main hazardous waste incineration treatment process is pretreatment of hazardous waste and incineration of rotary kiln.According to China’s promulgation of"Hazardous Waste Incineration Control Standards"(GB18484-2001),it is determined that the main exhaust pollutants are particulate matter,hydrogen fluoride,hydrogen chloride,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,heavy metals and dioxins.The exhaust gas treatment system is designed.The main process is waste heat recovery system,SNCR denitration system,quenching system,dry deacidification system,activated carbon adsorption system、dust removal system、wet desulfurization system.Through commissioning and operation,it is proved that the design of hazardous waste rotary kiln incineration facilities can meet the principles of hazardous waste treatment.It can be resourced and reduced,and hazardous wastes are disposed of properly.The construction of the exhaust gas treatment device can ensure that the pollutants such as smoke,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and heavy metals in the exhaust gas meet the national emission standards.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The desulfurization process has a removal effect on heavy metals generated during incineration.When desulfurization pH=9,the main heavy metals including lead,cadmium and nickel are lower than the detection limit;(2)bag pressure difference Directly determine the removal efficiency of smoke dust,which indirectly affects the removal of various major pollution factors.When the pressure difference of the bag is higher than 700Pa,the concentration of nitrogen oxides is reduced to 150 mg/m~3,and other pollutants including soot and sulfur dioxide are kept at low level.This paper provides a new idea for the process design related to hazardous waste treatment,and provides a theoretical basis and experimental basis for further process optimization such as adjusting operating parameters,which is conducive to ensuring incineration efficiency and reducing environmental pressure.
