Composite pressure vessels have been popular in recent years,not only because of the rigidity and strength that many materials do not have,but also because of its good corrosion resistance and safe timeliness.For these reasons,it is widely used in many fields.From the current situation,the filament winding manufacturing process is also the main method used in the manufacture of composite pressure vessel molding.Many professionals know that a pressure vessel made by a filament winding manufacturing process has many advantages,but its disadvantage of being susceptible to delamination when the load is too large is not desirable.From the current situation,many experts and scholars focus more on the theoretical and experimental research on related aspects,but there are few studies on structural design and related aspects of their overall mechanical properties,even at the beginning of stage.At present,scholars and experts have reported on the theory and experiment of filament wound composite pressure vessels,but the research on the structural design and effective overall mechanical properties of braided composite pressure vessels has just begun.At present,there is a lack of perfect and mature theory to conduct in-depth research on the structural design and performance of braided composite pressure vessels,so many basic experimental data cannot be obtained.Based on these two points,it is still necessary to theoretically and numerically simulate the braided material pressure vessel.Since there are so many deficiencies in the mechanics of filament wound pressure vessels,can we study a better pressure vessel to make up for it? Based on the previous scholars' research,in the process of designing the composite pressure vessel,the application technology of three-dimensional weaving is used,and its mechanical properties are analyzed.The main research contents of the full text are as follows:(1)In this paper,the three-dimensional orthogonal weaving technology is applied to the structural design of the braided composite pressure vessel,and the geometric model of the braided composite pressure vessel and the representative volume element geometric model are constructed.At the same time,numerical simulation of the properties of the existing braided composites is carried out,and the effectiveness of the elastic properties is verified to some extent.(2)The properties of the composite layer of braided composite pressure vessel were studied and analyzed.The effective elastic modulus of the composite layer was predicted.The mechanics of the pressure vessel composites with different volume fractions under the same volume fraction were predicted.Performance is different.It is found through research that it is precisely because the woven composite material uses the binder yarn to cross-join the warp yarn and the weft yarn together,which enhances the overall stability of the material,avoids the short board which is easy to be layered,and greatly improves the mechanical properties.(3)Analysis of the failure of composite layer of braided composite pressure vessel,firstly analyzing the type of damage,and expounding the failure criterion and stiffness degradation criterion theory,combined with the theory to simulate the failure of composite layer,through limited application The mechanical properties of the composite layer of the braided composite pressure vessel were analyzed and studied,and compared with the wound braided composite layer,indicating that the improved braided composite layer can enhance the overall bearing capacity of the composite layer.The main research of this thesis is the structural design of the pressure vessel of three-dimensional braided composite material.Therefore,the three-dimensional orthogonal weaving technology is applied in the research process,and the new pressure vessel of braided composite material is researched and designed.The design overcomes the shortcomings of the existing composite layer of fiber-wound pressure vessels,which is easy to damage,and provides a certain guiding significance for practical applications.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the composite layer in the braided composite pressure vessel were studied to some extent.Therefore,this study can provide some guidance and reference for the research and design of composite pressure vessels,which has a certain influence on the application field of widening composite pressure vessels.At the same time,because the three-dimensional weaving technology is applied in the research process,it has very important guiding significance for the research and application of braided composite materials.
