| This paper has Taked a sewage treatment plant in Guangyuan as the research object,finded out the shortcomings of the plant in the removal of pollutants through the analysised of the operation of the plant,and puted forward the improvement measures of engineering transformation and enhanced biological treatment in combination with the requirements of the plant’s calibration and upgrading,and compares the operation effect before and after the process improvement.In this paper,SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the daily,monthly and effluent water quality of a sewage treatment plant in Guangyuan from July2017 to July 2018,and it was found that the water quality of the plant did not obey the normal distribution,but the correlation between the pollution factors was significant.The design of the plant water quality can meet the current requirements of Guangyuan domestic sewage treatment,part of the time water quality has more than the design of water quality.Through the statistical analysis of the removal rate of each pollutant,it is found that the effluent from the sewage treatment plant can reach the first grade B standard,and to achieve the first level A standard,the removal rate of each pollutant index needs to be further improved.Based on the analysis of the current operation condition of the plant,this paper puts forward the new filter lift pumping station,deep bed denitrification filter and carbon source adding equipment on the basis of the original ICEAS process,and changes the ICEAS pool from the following points:adding carbon source to the distribution well,adding the biological combination filler,adjusting the sludge reflux mode.After the process improvement,through the operation of a period of time,compared with the original ICEAS process,NH4+-N,CODcr,TP,BOD5,TN,SS removal rate increased by 4.4%,3.5%,23.1%,3.2%,13.2%,3.6%,respectively.After the improvement of the process,the effluent water quality of an urban sewage treatment plant in Guangyuan from urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard level B mark to the first level A standard,the operation is stable,the removal effect is good,after the operation practice proves,after the process improvement,the calibration upgrade has achieved the ideal operation effect,has certain application value. |
