While the industrial revolution has brought massive economic benefits,environmental problems have become increasingly serious,and it has increasingly affected people’s lives and health.The massive exploitation and use of coal,petroleum and other energy sources,and the irrational use of land have caused various pollution problems and the greenhouse effect.In the future,these problems will restrict the development of China’s social and economic level and hinder the construction of ecological civilization and "beautiful China." Therefore,in the construction of ecological civilization,it is necessary to balance the relationship between economic development and the protection of the environment,so that the two are in a harmonious development.Based on the ecosystem service value calculation model,this paper introduces the equivalent factor correction coefficient to correct the model.Descriptive statistical methods are used to analyze the overall ecosystem service value of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the value of ecosystem services in various provinces and cities to determine the overall trend.The temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of the ecosystem service value of the Yangtze River Economic Belt were analyzed by time pattern analysis,average pattern analysis and time change rate.Secondly,construct the spatial weight matrix of each province and city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,analyze the spatial correlation of the ecological service value of each province and city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,judge whether there is autocorrelation in space through the Moran’s I index,and analyze whether there is agglomeration effect in local areas.Prepare for the build model later.Finally,build a spatial panel model.Identify indicators that may have an impact on the value of ecosystem services,and use a stationarity test to determine whether the data is a stationary sequence.The LM test,LR test,Wald test and Hausmann test are used to select the appropriate spatial model,and the influencing factors are analyzed by MLE estimation,and the direct and indirect effects of the influencing factors are analyzed to judge the different influencing factors.What is the difference between the impact of a region and its impact on neighboring regions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The ecosystem service value of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a rapid increase between 2008 and 2017,then decreased slightly,and then increased.The ecosystem services provided by Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province are the most valuable;the value of ecosystemservices provided by Shanghai is the least;and the value of ecosystem services provided by Jiangsu Province,Anhui Province and Chongqing City is relatively low.The overall trend of ecosystem service value in each province and city is consistent with the changing trend of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.(2)The value of the provincial ecosystem services in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has significant spatial differentiation characteristics within the study area.In terms of time distribution pattern,the overall distribution pattern is higher in the west and lower in the east.During the study period,the value of ecosystem services in various provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was relatively stable and the grades did not change.In terms of the average distribution pattern,from different regions,the distribution is more concentrated,and the value of ecosystem services in the western region is much higher than that in the eastern region.(3)There is a positive correlation between the value of provincial ecosystem services in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the phenomenon of global spatial agglomeration.Through ESDA analysis,Sichuan and Yunnan provinces showed high agglomeration;Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,and Hubei provinces showed low and low agglomeration;Chongqing and Guiyang provinces showed low and high agglomeration,Hunan and Jiangxi provinces Present high and low agglomeration.(4)The four influencing factors of economic growth,industrial structure,urbanization rate and population density of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt have a significant impact on the value of ecosystem services.By constructing the MLE estimation of the space-time fixed double-spaced Durbin model,economic growth factors and industrial structural factors can promote the increase of ecosystem service value;while urbanization factors and population factors have an inhibitory effect on ecosystem service value..From the perspective of direct effect and indirect effect,the direct effect of each influencing factor is greater than the indirect effect.The change of each factor will not only affect a certain province and city,but also affect neighboring provinces and cities.Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy recommendations are proposed:(1)Strengthening land protection and maintaining ecosystem stability.Inter-provincial exchanges should be strengthened between provinces and cities,and relevant policies should be introduced to explore ecological protection methods across regions.Strengthen the management and protection of land resources,prohibit commercial development of agricultural land,prohibit deforestation,and protect the behavior of eradicating the ecological environment.(2)Carry out regional cooperationand establish an ecological protection mechanism for the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Establish a reasonable protection and compensation mechanism to balance the interests of all parties.Cooperation between the regions to combat random pollution,order rectification for high-energy and high-pollution enterprises,strengthen the supervision of relevant departments,and undermine ecological zero tolerance.Develop new energy sources such as solar energy and wind energy to reduce the use of fossil energy.(3)Strengthen regional economic cooperation and construction and adjust industrial structure.For the economic development of various provinces and cities,it is necessary to continue to strengthen economic construction.Resources,provinces and cities should integrate resources and complement each other.Reduce the proportion of industrial output in GDP,develop the tertiary industry,maintain the ecological security of cultivated land and forest land,and avoid the conversion of cultivated land and forest land to construction land.(4)Rationally plan urbanization construction to avoid excessive population density.When carrying out urbanization construction,we must plan rationally and gradually.In the urbanization construction,we can adopt the mode of small settlement,that is,establish a number of small cities around major cities,delineate the maximum scope of urban growth,control the unrestricted spread of construction land,and promote the reuse and renovation of existing urban construction land.To achieve economical and intensive use of construction land.
