Preparation And Properties Of Ecological Bamboo Permeable Brick Outdoor

Permeable bricks have the functions of water seepage and water absorption,which can effectively solve the problems of incomplete water seepage in urban areas and loss of urban water sources.It is one of the important measures for building a sponge city.China’s bamboo resources are abundant,and bamboo processing wastes produce a huge amount of waste.The preparation of bamboo permeable bricks can provide a new way for the high-value utilization of bamboo processing waste,and it can also provide a new type of green bamboo permeable brick for urban roads.In this paper,the synthesis process of bamboo permeable bricks using Bio-oil Phenol-formaldehyde(BPF)was studied.The substitution rates of different pyrolysis oils,formaldehyde/phenol(F/P)molar ratios,and sodium hydroxide were examined.The effect of the molar ratio of phenol(NaOH/P)on the properties of bamboo permeable bricks;on this basis,the preparation process of bamboo pervious bricks was studied,and the hot-pressing pressure,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time,and sizing amount of bamboo permeable bricks were investigated.The effect of performance was optimized,and the preparation process of Phenolic resin bamboo pervious bricks was optimized.The economic benefits of pyrolytic oil phenolic resin pervious bricks were also calculated.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The synthesis process of pyrolytic oil phenolic resin for bamboo pervious brick is as follows:the mole ratio of F/P is 2.0,the substitution ratio of pyrolytic oil is 20%NaOH/P is 0.6;(2)The preparation process of pyrolytic phenolic resin bamboo permeable brick is as follows:hot pressing pressure 5 MPa,hot pressing time 40 min,hot pressing temperature 160 ℃,sizing capacity 12,density 0.7 g/cm 3;(3)The compressive strength of pyrolytic phenolic resin bamboo permeable brick is 18.03MPa(JCT 945-2005,the permeability coefficient is 2.08×10-3 cm/s,and the water retention is 0.35 g/cm3.The compressive strength of 73.0MPa(GB/T 1041-2008 plastics was tested by Qingdao Institute of Standard testing.The water permeability coefficient was 2.0×10-3 cm/s,and the water retention ratio(water retention)was 0.354g/cm3.The mildew prevention grade of Guangdong microorganism analysis and detection center is grade I.c/T 2039-2010);(4)The cost of pyrolytic oil phenolic resin for bamboo pervious brick is about 3400 yuan/t,and the cost of bamboo permeable brick is about 38 yuan/m2.
