| The Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion is a water conservancy and people’s livelihood project of great strategic significance in China.Since December 2014,it has supplied more than 10 billion cubic meters of water to Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Henan,which has effectively guaranteed the stability of production and domestic water use and development of economical social in North China.However,for water sources area,while they special ecological function orientation limiting the urban expansion and economic development to a certain extent,the heavy ecological environment construction requires a lot of funds.The conflict between protecting the environment and developing the economics of water sources has became increasingly prominent.This paper selects Danjiangkou City as a case,based on the fact that the city can actually be used for the balance of income and expenditure of the ecological environment construction funds,the ecological compensation fund gap and the adverse effects brought by the funding problem are measured and analyzed.Afterwards,four specific and more feasible financing proposals were given in combination with theory and practice,and feasibility analysis and future research work were carried out.The case study has a strong representativeness and can be used as a reference for alleviating the funding problems in the water supply area of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,improving the efficiency of water supply,and maintaining the long-term development of the overall project. |
