The main function of vibrating-dewatering screen is to dewatering,desliming the materials such as sand aggregate,fine coal slime and mineral ore,so as to improve the quality of the products and the effect of the products.It is widely used in industries such as washing sand in sand and stone plant,coal slime recovery in coal preparation plant and tailings dry discharge in mineral processing plant etc.Good dewatering and sieving performance is the guarantee of improving economic benefits.At present,the research on the performance of vibrating-dewatering screen mainly relies on the traditional production experience to improve and optimize the structure size,and lacks effective numerical simulation means,which leads to the design data quantified difficultly,the product experiment process is limited,and It is impossible to change the parameters flexibly and the development cycle is long.Therefore,Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between parameters and performance of vibrating dewatering screen,and to explore the influence law,It can improve the research means and efficiency,and provide reliable guidance for the design and manufacture of vibrating-dewatering screen.In this paper,the dewatering and screening process of vibrating dewatering screen is studied by combining simulation calculation with practical experiment.The results of the two methods are compared and the relationship between different parameters and the performance of dewatering and screening is obtained.The main contents are as follows:1?The present situation of research on vibrating-dewatering screen at home and abroad and the application of research methods are summarized.At the same time,the structure and principle of vibrating-dewatering screen are introduced,and the research contents and innovation points of this paper are briefly described.2?A simulation model of dewatering and screening process are set up by the coupling method of computational fluid dynamics?CFD?and discrete element method?DEM?.3?The screening effeciency and processing effeciency are defined as the evaluation index of dewatering and sieving performance.Four parameters of vibrating-dewatering screen are selected to carry out single factor simulation test,which are amplitude,vibration frequency,direction angle of vibration and inclination angle of screen surface.The variation law of dewatering and sieving performance under different parameters is obtained,and the range of parameters with better dewatering and sieving performance is determined,and it provides data support for orthogonal test.4?The orthogonal table of L16?45?is used to carry out the orthogonal simulation experiment.Data processing of simulation results by orthogonal analysis,The significance of the parameters of vibrating-dewatering screen on the evaluation index is obtained,and the optimal combination of parameters with good performance of dewatering and sieving is obtained.5?Vibrating dewatering screen with adjustable parameters is designed independently as an experimental platform to study the performance of dewatering and screening under different parameters.The experimental results are analyzed and compared with the simulation results,which proves the reliability of the simulation calculation.
