Research On Sensitive Design Of Office Chair Based On Extenics

Taking the office chair as the research object,based on the knowledge of Extenics,industrial design,perceptual engineering and so on,this paper studies the formal expression,reasoning and automatic generation method of office chair,including form,material and color design elements,by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,in order to accurately match the user’s emotional and somatosensory needs,the purpose of improving product design efficiency.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the theory of extenics conjugate analysis,the correlation between emotional image-morphological elements,body sense evaluation-material and color elements is established.By using the four-step method of product extension design,the relevant matter element,matter element and relational element model are established,and through the divergence and extension transformation of the primitive,the focus of the real element is completed by formal means,and finally the optimization evaluation system is established to evaluate the resulting design scheme.(2)Trough the deconstruction of the three elements(miphological,material and color)of office chair design,the space of office chair form,material and color element is established respectively,and 4 pairs of typical emotional image vocabulary are obtained by using investigation method,KJ method and SD Semantic difference method("stylish-traditional","practical-gorgeous","Lightweight-heavy","comfortable-tough")and 4 key somatosensory features("Temperature Sense","gloss"," body weight ","hardness").Finally,the deconstruction results of design elements and perceptual elements are used as characteristic value fields,and the corresponding extensibility characterization is completed.(3)Using Qantitative I theory to digitally express the morphological elements of office chairs,and with the help of SPSS software to establish the regression equation between the typical elements of emotional image form;At the same time,the material and color classification based on the key body Sense evaluation classification is completed by using the 7-stage SD method,and the material based on the key body sense is established,Color extension reasoning rules;(4)Based on the established office Chair perceptual extension Reasoning model and reasoning criterion,combined with VB programming soft-ware and Access database to set up the office chair perceptual design Scheme automatic generation system,completed from the theory to practice of the leap,but also verified the science and visibility of the emotional design method of office chair based on Extenics.
