With the introduction of advanced technologies such as Internet +,big data and artificial intelligence,the manufacturing industry is also advancing towards the direction of digitalization,networking and intellectualization.As one of the core equipment of modern manufacturing system,CNC machine tools have been put into the manufacturing process of components in various fields.With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the functions,processing accuracy and reliability of NC machine tools,their components and structures are becoming more and more complex.It is impossible to conduct comprehensive and accurate state monitoring and fault diagnosis for CNC machine tools based on the traditional noise detection,vibration detection and other technologies.Based on this,a fault diagnosis system method for CNC machine tools was present,a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system platform was built with a well-made information query and management.(1)The research background and significance of the subject was expounded,and the composition of NC machine tools was analyzed.The research status of fault diagnosis and remote detection technology at home and abroad was also investigated.(2)The theory of fault diagnosis algorithm was introduced.The algorithm principle,basic symbols,mathematical expression and model building method of fault book were described in detail.The concept of neural network algorithm and the training method of BP neural network were introduced.Finally,taking the deep neural network based on self-coding as an example,the fault diagnosis method based on deep learning was theoretically analyzed,which provides the basis and support for the establishment of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system platform for data machine tools.(3)A fault diagnosis model of CNC machine tools was established.Firstly,the fault types of CNC machine tools were analyzed.Secondly,the fault tree and multi-fault tree model of CNC machine tools were built according to the hierarchical structure of fault tree.Finally,the fault diagnosis model based on deep neural network was built.(4)The platform of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system was designed.Firstly,the overall architecture of the system platform was built,and the system database and database query and management system based on Oracle were designed.Finally,a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis subsystem was established to quickly eliminate the possible causes of the failure.(5)The remote monitoring system was developed based on B/S architecture.The front end and back end of user registration,information query and management,fault diagnosis and monitoring system were designed.A test environment was built to test the fault diagnosis model of deep neural network.The results show that the fault diagnosis model designed in this paper can better realize the fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools.
