The structure and unique electromagnetic and fluorescent properties of rare earth complexes make them widely and potentially useful in the fields of bio-contrast,luminescence sensors, metal sensing, clinical diagnosis,bio-bacteria,anti-tumor and functional materials. In this paper,2-formylphenoxyacetic acid and isophthalaldehyde-contained 3-amino-4-methylbenzoic acid ligands were designed and synthesized, and a series of rare earth complexes were obtained by reaction with rare earths.Their optical properties, biological activity, metal sensing, crystal structure and other properties were studied. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:?1?The ligand L1 was synthesized by reacting salicylaldehyde with sodium chloroacetate, and reacted with cerium nitrate, cerium nitrate, cerium nitrate, cerium nitrate and cerium nitrate by reaction temperature, time,pH and solvent.Five isomorphic rare earth complexes Ln?L1?6?DMF?{Ln=Tb?1?,Eu?2?,Sm?3?,Dy?4?,Gd?5?},using infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet The spectrum, powder diffraction, single crystal diffraction were used to characterize it,and the interaction between the complex and DNA was studied.Fluorescence measurement of the complexes showed that the quantum yields of complexes 1-5 were?%?:3.43,31,0.01,6.2,1.9;the fluorescence lifetimes were:1.4236 ms,1.3558 ms,12.055 us,3.636 us.,303.306us.Single crystal diffraction shows that their spatial structure belongs to the p-1 point group, the triclinic system, and is a nine-coordinate one-dimensional chain complex. The interaction of complexes 1-5 with DNA is statically excreted and is also spontaneous.?2?Synthesis of ligand L2 by condensation reaction of isophthalaldehyde with3-amino-4methylbenzoic acid,by adjusting the reaction temperature, time,pH and solvent, with cerium nitrate, nitric acid spectrum, cerium nitrate, cerium nitrate The reaction was carried out to synthesize four isomorphic tetranuclear single-cage rare earth complexes Ln?L2?6?DMF?6{Ln=Tb?6?,Ho?8?,Pr?9?,La?10?},Their spatial structure belongs to the p-1 point group, the triclinic system, and the double cage complex Ln?L2?14?DMF?4{Ln=Tb?7?}is formed when the pH decreases. It is expected to control the crystal structure by pH.The crystals were characterized by infrared, ultraviolet, powder diffraction, single crystal diffraction, and the effects of complexes and DNA were studied.Single crystal diffraction shows that their spatial structure belongs to the p-1 point group, the triclinic system, and is a nine-coordinate cage-like complex. The interaction of the complexes 6-10 with DNA is an intercalation effect and is spontaneous.?3?The subject was combined into a series of copper complexes of a2-naphthyloxyacetate transition metal complex and a 2-formylphenoxyacetic acid, and their interaction with DNA was studied. The interaction of the complex with DNA is static and is spontaneous.
