With social economy rapidly developing,owing to the multiplied municipal solid waste,less sophisticated dealing means and ill-formed landfill disposal,those factors lead serious ecological environment pollution.coal mining left a large area of goaf every year.Without effectively governing goaf,it causes surface subsidence and destructive deformation of structures.At the background,Paper puts forward a conception that municipal solid waste fills goaf,which can realize innocuous treatment of refuse and hidden trouble solution of goaf.As if realizing all of coal mine goaf filling,there exists a matter that coal gangue is in short supply.Paper puts forward a idea that municipal solid waste takes the place of coal gangue.Through analysising municipal solid waste and coal gangue paste slurry,it finds that municipal solid waste being in palce of coal gangue is doable in theory.Solid waste recycling use current situation analysis,the reasons of low utilization efficiency in China is solid waste treatment technology relative to the European and American developed countries,backward And the technology behind the reality is not in a short period of time to make up for Therefore,in this paper,using solid waste in place of coal gangue as paste filling aggregate.Paper selects BP neural network to predict back-fill strength.Based on the orthogonal experiment data,13 samples are divided into the training sample,the others are divided into test samples.Through analogue simulation of the network,training samples check out fitting ability and test samples check out generalization ability.the result shows that relative error of compressive strength is 0.42%~10.88%for training samples and is 1.75%~4.10%for test samples.So network has good fitting ability and generalization ability.By using numerical simulation method,paper simulates surface subcidence under different processing mode of goaf The simulation results show that the largest vertical displacement is 4888 mm by caving mining;the largest vertical displacement is 2598 mm、1857 mm、1574 mm under different filling strength.Finally,Paprer makes sure that appropriate filling strength is 2.5MPa for Shangwang coal mine.
