| Xia Jiao coal mine of Yangquan coal(group)co.,LTD.is the resources integrated shaft designed with production capacity of 0.6 Mt/a.But the reserves are dwindling and mine service life of less than 5 years and protection coal pillar pressure is 1.17 Mt of Hou Zhuang village in the field that is very seriously influence for mine production scale,length of service and the coal recovery rate.Therefore,it has become a major problem urgently to be solved in the mine at present to protect the safety of the coal pillar mining in Xia Jiao coal mining.In the paper,the specific geological conditions,village on the status and level of protection of Xia Jiao coal mine are analyzed and rock physical and mechanical parameters of the mine coal which are required by numerical modeling of the mining scheme are determined through field investigation,laboratory test,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.Strip mining subsidence mechanism of exploitation under buildings and main influence factors of surface movement deformation is researched.According that the reasonable strip mining method and parameters are determined and the stability of the mining of strip pillar and the safety of the village are assessed.Finally the village protection coal pillar mining scheme is determined.Researches show that,the strata subsidence can effectively be reduced and the movement of the earth’s surface deformation of village is controlled too by the village protection coal pillar mining scheme.The scheme with the good social efficiency and economic benefits will be a referential and guiding significance to mining under the buildings,railways and water bodies in other shafts and mining areas of Yangquan coal(group)co.,LTD. |
