The importance of tax planning in enterprise financial management and human resources management has been recognized by more and more enterprise executives.It is becoming an important means for enterprises to reduce comprehensive costs,stimulate staff vitality,improve enterprise economic efficiency and maximize shareholders’ interests.With the continuous improvement of tax laws and regulations,the establishment of modern tax collection and management system and the continuous improvement of social credit system,tax planning will become the only and safe way for enterprises and individuals to save tax and increase after-tax income.The study of tax planning has very broad prospects and practical significance.This paper takes the new personal income tax law implemented on January 1,2019 as the background,uses the tax preferential policies such as one-time bonus and equity incentive in the transition period of personal income tax reform issued by the announcement No.164 of Fiscal and Tax [2018],and on the basis of sorting out the theoretical research on tax planning at home and abroad,chooses material incentives for employees of A company listed in China as the research object,through field research.Obtain the data of material incentive mode and finance,tax payment,salary and stock price of A company.Considering the influence of internal governance,material incentive of employees,stock price and other factors of A company comprehensively,through theoretical analysis and data test,this paper conducts personal income tax planning research on material incentive of employees from the company’s point of view,and carries out material incentive tailor-made for A company in 2019-2021.The scheme of encouraging individual income tax planning has practical significance and reference value for the formulation of material incentive policies of other enterprises.This paper finds that:(1)the personal income tax planning of employee’s salary and salary in salary incentive can save tax for employees and increase their after-tax income,thereby enhancing the effect of salary incentive;(2)in the planning of equity incentive personal income tax,the most important factor affecting the after-tax income is the company’s future stock price.
