Study On Control Technology Of Surrounding Rock Along Groove Of Composite Roof In Xiaoyun Coal Mine

The compound roof of coal mine is commonly called two combined roof,and the composite roof is a typical separation roof.It is usually composed of different rock strata,which has poor mechanical properties and easy to occur subsidence displacement and break down.In recent years,most of the roof accidents occurred in the coal mine production,most of which are caused by the cause of the composite roof.In this paper,the mechanics theory analysis is applied to study the influence factors of the stability of the surrounding rock in the roadway of the composite roof,the form of roof failure and the stability control technology of the surrounding rock,the strengthening method and technology of the surrounding rock,the mechanism of the mechanical action of the anchor cable,the supporting function of the anchor cable,the selection of the mechanical parameters,and the support of the anchor cable.By the numerical simulation software,the parameters of the different anchor cable support parameters under the condition of the composite roof are compared and analyzed to get the reasonable support parameters of the composite roof.Through the field engineering practice,the deformation and deformation speed of the surrounding rock in the tunnel before and after the test are observed,and the support costs for each meter of the roadway are calculated with different supporting methods,and the design scheme suitable for the supporting of the surrounding rock of the working face composite roof is selected.In this paper,the reasons of the roof fall accident of composite roof are analyzed in combination with the geological features,mine pressure and composite roof support technology,and the compound roof support form is put forward,which is safe and reasonable and economical for the compound site safety production,and is verified through the field engineering practice,and the good support effect is obtained and the similar conditions are obtained.The supporting scheme for composite roof of coal mine can be used for reference.
