| The scraper conveyor is the only transportation equipment in the fully mechanized long wall mining face,and its chutes are also the running track of the shearer and the support point of the hydraulic support.Its reliability,stability and efficiency are very important to the efficiency of coal mining and to the economic benefit for the coal production enterprises.Chain drive system is an important part of scraper conveyor,which directly determines the performance,quality and service life of the scraper conveyor.However,the structure of the driving sprocket is complicated and the sprocket has many specifications.The modeling process is tedious,and the running condition of the scraper conveyor is abominable.The chain breakage,chain blocked,and chain floating often occur,which leads to the complex and changeable force of the drive sprocket and the ring chain,so it is very difficult to optimize and improve the chain conveyor system by finite element method.Therefore,parametric design and analysis technology of chain conveyor system for scraper conveyor is of great significance.This paper studies the design method of the scraper conveyor.Through the analysis of the structure parameters of the ring chain and the driving sprocket,the method of establishing the parameterized 3D model of the drive sprocket and the circular arc chain is obtained.Based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,a parameterized model of the chain transmission system is established by using the APDLSecondly,the contact dynamics model of chain ring and the dynamic model of chain ring and sprocket meshing dynamics are established based on the theory of dynamics.And a parameterized numerical simulation model of chain drive system is established based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The contact characteristics between chain ring and sprocket and chain ring are analyzed with SGZ830/500 model scraper conveyor.Subsequently,based on the parameterized numerical simulation model of the chain drive system,the influence factors of the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system are analyzed.The indirect contact force of the chain ring of the scraper conveyor,the ring chain and the sprocket meshing force,the stress and strain of the chain wheel and the chain ring,and the law of chain ring fluctuation are studied under the conditions of difterent sprocket speed,the sprocket teeth number,the load and the sprocket structure.In the end,with QT5 as the development platform,the interface technology of ANSYS/LS-DYNA,LS-DYNA Solver and LS-PrePost software is studied.The parameterized design and analysis system of chain drive system of scraper conveyor is developed.After inputting the specifications of the chain wheel and ring chain of the scraper conveyor and the parameters necessary for the finite element analysis,the dynamic simulation of the chain transmission system can be automatically carried out,so the design results and analysis results of the chain drive system are got,and the efficiency of modeling and simulation of chain drive system is improved effectively. |
