| China is still a developing country,and it has a large share of the demand for disposable energy coal.Coal accounts for about 70 percent of China’s energy,so the coal industry is a major player in our country.Safety production is the core of all the work of coal mining enterprises,production is the purpose of the enterprise,and the safety is the fundamental guarantee of coal industrial production continued steady and fast development,ensuring the safety of management is a must to coal industry safety in production.Through the survey found that,however,at present our country coal mine accidents have occurred,the accident is mostly caused by the reason of safety management,it not only caused a great economic losses to the people and the country,also brought bad social and political influence,the safety of production has become a important thing in the national economy and people’s livelihood.By analyzing the present situation of the safety management of the coal industry in China,it is found that the safety management situation of coal industry in China is very serious,and the solution is urgently needed.In this paper in response to the present situation of the management of coal mine safety production in our country,and based on the dissipative structure theory in system science theory and related knowledge,we analysis and research on the coal production safety system,and the coal production safety system entropy change model is established.First,the coal industry is a typical dissipative structure based on the analysis of the condition of dissipation structure.Secondly we analysis the coal safety management system evolution’spower is from the system of the internal and external,and the influence factors of the system are classified and analyzed in the coal mine enterprise’s safety management system entropy flow,and demonstrates the entropy is an important index of coal mine safety management system development,and establishes an index system of entropy change,and establish the entropy flow model.Finally,the validity and reliability of the proposed model are verified based on theoretical results and applied to a coal mine.In the result we put forward some Suggestions for optimization of coal enterprise safety production management system,and offer reference for the coal enterprise management efficiency and the improvement of the production status,and provide a new perspective for the coal industry safety management. |
