China is a big country in furniture production,but it is not a strong country in furniture production.As a traditional manufacturing industry,many furniture companies still maintain a hand-workshop-style management model in production management,resulting in low production efficiency and inability to adapt to the highly competitive market environment.As the core of production scheduling,the sequencing of production operations is one of the important ways to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and reduce the inventory of WIP.Therefore,the use of scientific scheduling and production sequencing methods will have a multiplier effect on production management and production efficiency.Based on the above viewpoints,this paper proposes a research on the sequencing of furniture production operations based on genetic algorithm for the characteristics of furniture production.This paper combines the characteristics of furniture enterprises to study the sequencing of furniture production operations,and analyzes the problems existing in production preparation according to the actual investigation of the production situation of furniture enterprises,and gives some suggestions;and in the workshop The production sequencing experiment of processing 6 kinds of furniture on the machining section,using the stopwatch time measurement method to measure the processing time of each furniture component in the production experiment,as the working time darta in the genetic algorithm simulation experiment;programming the algorithm through MATLAB software,The measured working hours are input:into the program,and the simulation results of the six kinds of furniture production sequencing problems in the production experiment are simulated.The obtained simulation results are compared with the production experiment results in the workshop to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.This paper presents a solution to the sequencing pro'blem of furniture flow production based on genetic algorithm,and perfects the optimization method of furniture production operation sorting.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the sequencing of production operations,and based on the characteristics of furniture manufacturing enterprises,research on the sequencing of production operations in furniture enterprises.Investigate a furniture enterprise,analyze the problems existing in the production operation of the enterprise,and give suggestions to provide reference and reference for other enterprises to improve the production management ability of the furniture enterprise.(2)Performing actual production sequencing experiments in a furniture manufacturing workshop to simulate the sequencing problem in the actual production of furniture,and using the stopwatch time measurement method to measure the processing time of the six furniture products in the machining section in the production experiment,for the subsequent inheritance The simulation experiment of the algorithm for solving the ordering problem of furniture production operations provides working hours data.(3)Establish the profit model of the furniture production workshop,and further explain the importance of the sequencing of production operations to the profit of the workshop by analyzing the profit model of the workshop.And the mathematical model of furniture flow production scheduling problem(FSP)is established,which provides a mathematical basis for genetic algorithm to solve the problem of furniture production scheduling.(4)Research on genetic algorithm,and design the algorithm for the ordering of furniture production operation according to the characteristics of furniture enterprises,and use MATLAB software to program the algorithm.(5)Simulation experiments on six kinds of furniture sorting problems in production experiments.The comparison results obtained by the two sets of experiments are compared and analyzed,which shows that the genetic algorithm is effective and feasible in solving the ordering problem of furniture production operations.
