The effects of two kind of different stacking potato stacking in the storage room were studied.For potato three stages of stacked bags and boxes piled up stacking the distribution of the temperature and CO2 concentration in the test and analysis,the results show that indoor storage of two different pile up the temperature of the potato stacking area by the store has little effect on the environment,storage stage,the temperature distribution is obtained by the test data as follows.The temperature of potato at the initial stage of storage was higher than the optimum value.In the middle storage period,the temperature in the potato stacking area reaches the appropriate storage value.The temperature in the stacking area of the later stage is slightly higher than the appropriate value of the storage stage.In the three stages of storage,the temperature in the box is slightly lower than that in the bag.The main reason is that the local small environmental temperature in the stacking area of the box potato is lower,which enables good gas exchange.Potatoes breathe during storage,taking in oxygen and producing CO2 and water during respiration.Potatoes are expected to have high respiratory intensity during storage,need a lot of oxygen,and emit more CO2.In the intermediate stage as the weather gets cold there are no big fluctuation amplitude of CO2 concentration,in the later stage due to the storage effect is better?temperature for 13??has maintained the low temperature condition,so the extended potato lull.The results showed that the CO2 concentration in the bagged stacking area was higher than that in the box stacking area,mainly because the poor ventilation effect in the bagged stacking area resulted in the accumulation of a large amount of CO2,which made it difficult for the air to enter the potato heap and unable to carry out good gas exchange.According to the fluid mechanics,the method of using the Fluent software in a Ansys14.5 establish storage and corresponding to the fluid mechanics model of stacking area,potato simulation analysis in the morning and evening after two periods with different potato stacking area for conditional simulation research on indoor temperature distribution,concluded that indoor storage bag stacking area than by box at the top of the temperature distribution is more significant,cases of pile can be adopted to adjust the storage of potato.Compared with the real-time test values,the accuracy of the model and the practicability of the simulation method were verified,providing a theoretical basis forfurther research on potato storage.
