| Tellurite is a rare metal with special properties,it is widely used in various fields,especially the defense cutting-edge and new energy materials.At present,tellurium is mainly obtained from electrolytic copper anode slime.However,with the increasing demand for tellurium-containing materials downstream,the tellurium contained in electrolytic copper anode slime can not meet the market demand for tellurium.In 1991,the world’s first independent tetradymite was discovered in Dashuigou,Shimian,Sichuan.The grade of the deposit is unevenly distributed and mostly low grade.Therefore,the effective development and of tellurium bismuth is of great significance to alleviate the shortage of tellurium.This paper analyzes test instruments by electron microscopy,XRF,ICP-OES and XRD.Have a certain understanding of tellurium-bismuth-ore’s chemical composition,nature,element type,content,mineral intercalation,composition and symbiotic relationship of ore.The results show that that daguigou telluride bismuth ore belongs to tetradymite,and the main gangue minerals are magnetite and dolomite,with Te grade of 1.78% and Bi grade of 2.12%.Both tetradymite and pyrrhotite belong to sulfide ore with similar floatability,so it is an important task to select efficient collector and effective inhibitor of gangue mineral of sulfide ore.In this paper,the combination of butyl xanthate and amyl xanthate as collector was finally determined through the flotation agent selection experiment,the dosage is 120 g/t and the ratio is 1:1;the inhibitor uses sodium silicate,sodium sulfite and sodium hexametaphosphate combined inhibitor,The dosage is 3000 g/t and the ratio is 1:1:1.Grinding fine over 200 mesh accounts for 88% ~ 90%;The pulp concentration was 29.41%.pH is 7;Dosage of foaming agent 60 g/t The closed-circuit flotation process of “one coarse,one clean and two fine” was adopted to realize the effective separation of tetradymite.Finally,the Te grade can be obtained by 17.57% and the recovery rate was 88.76%.Flotation concentrate with bismuth grade of 26.36% and 90.14%.The mechanism of action of flotation reagents on minerals was studied by means of adsorption measurement,Zeta potential test and infrared spectrum analysis.The adsorption amount test shows that tetradymite had the best adsorption effect on butyl xanthate and amyl xanthate;Zeta potential test showed that both the tetradymite and the pyrrhotite could adsorb the collector,but the tetradymite had the best adsorption effect on the butyl xanthate and the amyl xanthate under neutral conditions;Infrared spectrum analysis determined that the functional group acting in the collector is C-O-C.It was found that the adsorption of the magnetite and the collector on the tetradymite and the magnetite on tetradymite ore occurred when the magnetite and the collector did not adsorb under neutral conditions. |
