Coke oven gas collecting pipe is an important part of coking equipment,and its pressure control is an important part of coking production.The stability of the coke oven gas collector pressure value will directly affect the production conditions,gas quality and coke oven life and the surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to use advanced control technology for the long-term stable control of the collector gas collector pressure.Because the coke oven gas collector pressure system is an industrial system with complicated and variable working conditions,large hysteresis,strong coupling,nonlinear and frequent interference,it is quite difficult to accurately establish its mathematical model.In the actual coke oven operation,some coking plants did not consider the coupling factors between the collector pipe pressure systems,and still use simple single-loop PID control,so it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effects.In this paper,the system identification method is used to identify and model the gas collecting pipe pressure system by using the least squares support vector machine identification algorithm to improve the modeling accuracy.Aiming at the coupling problem of the coke oven collector pressure system,the inverse system idea is introduced and the inverse model control based on the least squares support vector machine is proposed.Due to the lack of feedback in the inverse model control,it is sensitive to interference and model mismatch.Therefore,the PID composite control with inverse model control and output feedback is designed to improve the robustness of the system and eliminate the coupling between the two manifold pressures.Preset control effects.The decoupling control algorithm and composite control algorithm designed in this paper are simulated and verified by MATLAB simulation software.The simulation results show that the coke oven gas collector pressure decoupling control effect is better,and its composite control has strong anti-interference ability.Finally,the intelligent control of the coke oven gas collector pressure is realized on the Siemens S7-300 series PLC and WinCC monitoring software.
