Research On Investment Risk Control Of Enterprises

With economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises will face more uncertainties if they want to achieve sustainable development.Then,how to continue to become bigger and stronger under the new economic situation is the challenge faced by enterprises in the process of development.In order to pursue more economic interests,enterprises will seek new investment opportunities.However,due to the lack of experience and the lack of investment risk awareness,enterprises will eventually suffer great losses.Therefore,in order to expand investment and create economic benefits,enterprises should constantly strengthen investment risk control to ensure their long-term development.This paper briefly introduces the relevant content of enterprise investment risk control theory and analyzes the importance of modern enterprises to carry out investment risk control.Hequ project of S Group was selected as the research project.Based on the full analysis of the project,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the project were analyzed with the help of SWOT analysis method.Each risk factor of the project was evaluated by the expert group scoring method,and the risk factors with serious and extremely serious impacts on the project were screened out.After that,specific measures are made to ensure the interests of enterprise investment are guaranteed.This paper has certain reference significance for enterprises to carry out specific project investment risk control.It can help enterprises reduce the loss caused by investment risks,improve the ability of modern enterprises to control investment risks,and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
