| The enrichment of organic acids in the hydrogen-producing fermentation process can cause the hydrogen-producing bacteria to burst due to the excessive intracellular ionic strength,leading to the weakening or even stopping of the gas-producing process and the reduction of hydrogen production.After the end of hydrogen production,the effective utilization rate of the feed liquid is only 20-30%.Incomplete substrate utilization is one of the main disadvantages of biological hydrogen production and also the bottleneck of large-scale application of biological hydrogen production technology.Based on corn stover substrate of photosynthetic organisms to produce hydrogen fermented liquid as raw material,after the adoption of pakchoi and garlic as experimental object,biological hydrogen production fermented liquid will be diluted into different concentration gradient to plant the seed of seed and seedling growth of experiments,in order to get the best concentration gradient of seed and seedling conditions,highlight the advantages of fermented liquid and in order to further play to the fermentation hydrogen production provide a scientific basis for comprehensive efficiency and extend application way.Experimental results show that:1.The content of Si,Na,K,Cl,Mg,N and P in the hydrogenation fermentation liquid was 1471.97,934.98,806.79,514.80,517.33,215.33 mg/l,followed by P,Al,S,99.24,93.43,81.17 mg/l,respectively.The characteristic absorption peaks of cellulose were found at 2959,2900,2873 and 895cm-1.The characteristic absorption peaks of hemicellulose at wavelength 1730,1251,1166 and 1050cm-1 and lignin at wavelength 1054 cm-1 are respectively.2.By seed soaking experiment of fermentation medium dilution,fermented liquid seed can promote pakchoi seed germination rate,germination rate index and the growth and development of pakchoi seedlings,and fermented liquid concentration was 0.5%,pakchoi seed germination rate can reach 100%,pakchoi seedlings peaked with thick and long,were 0.63 and 59.19 mm,fermented liquid concentration was 0.25%,pakchoi seed germination rate index can reach 100%,pakchoi seedling stem long and fibrous root number per group is the largest,8.94 mm and 13/strains respectively.The main and secondary order of the effect of fermentation liquid on pakchoi was seed germination rate>seed germination speed,root diameter>total root length>number of fibrous roots per plant>stem length.3.The fermentation liquid with appropriate concentration could promote the growth and development of leucine.When the fermentation liquid concentration was 5%,the height,stem length and stem diameter of leucine were 114.14,17.0 and 5.87mm,respectively,which were 1.13,1.96 and 1.00 times of the control group.Moreover,the fermentation liquid should be kept within six days for plant cultivation,and growth inhibition would occur if the incubation time was too long.The effect of fermentation liquid concentration on the growth of garlic seedlings was in the order of plant height>stem length>stem diameter. |
