Study On The Application Of Miao Embroidery Pattern Color And Pattern Elements In Hotel Interior Design

The Miao nationality,who live in Guizhou,Guangxi,Hunan,Hainan and other places,has a long history.They worship nature,believe in animism and record the ancient national culture through embroidery and other forms.After a long history of inheritance,it has distinct national characteristics and reflects the world outlook and values of the Miao people.Digging deeply into national traditional elements and applying them in the field of interior design can not only inherit and spread traditional culture,but also provide new inspiration for the field of design and bring cultural enjoyment to consumers,which achieves many things at one stroke.This paper studies Miao embroidery patterns and color characteristics by field investigation and literature collection,and studies the application of Miao embroidery patterns and color elements in interior design by case analysis and inductive method.In addition,this paper also uses case analysis and deductive method to study the application of Miao embroidery patterns and color elements in the interior environment design of hotels,in order to obtain the methods,steps and approaches of the application of ethnic traditional pattern colors and regional cultural characteristics in contemporary hotel interior design.The colors and patterns of Miao embroidery reflect the simple world outlook of Miao people,which loves,observes and respects nature.Analyzing Miao Embroidery’s color patterns with the theoretical knowledge of chromatics and constitution can apply the newer scientific and technological achievements to practical research,and provide a reference for the study of folk art.At the same time,the research achievements are applied to the field of hotel design,achieving the integration of tradition and modernity,and it is innovative in both theory and practice.In modern hotel design,it mainly uses direct and indirect methods,and appears in the form of overall decoration and partial decoration.Miao embroidery patterns are usually refined and transformed and applied to all aspects of decoration in space.In non-rest areas,the color of Miao embroidery patterns is positively correlated with that of animals and plants,and negatively correlated with that of rest areas.The butterfly pattern,plant pattern and geometric pattern of Miao embroidery are shown in blue,white and gold.They are used in key lighting lamps,soft decoration of rest areas and key parts of walls.
