Study On Integrity Safety Risk Assessmenta For Chemical Industry Park

With the expansion of the scale of petroleum and chemical industry and the rapid development of urbanization,chemical enterprises have been gradually concentrated in the park,and then a large number of chemical industrial parks have emerged.However,due to the industrial agglomeration of chemical industrial parks,regional risk is increased.At the present stage,due to the low level of park management,unreasonable layout of park layout and imperfect facilities,the high risk of the park is caused.In view of regional safety evaluation,traditional methods focus on local or enterprise and lack integrity.This paper will take the major hazard installations selection and evaluation unit,then baesd on risk related theroyThe overall safety risk assessment model of Chemical Industrial Park is established and applied to engineering practice.The overall evaluation of regional safety risk in chemical industry park is carried out and improved in the traditional chemical industrial park's safety evaluation method.First,the hazardous chemicals in the chemical industrial park are identified,the dangerous and harmful factors are analyzed,the major hazard sources are identified and the key research objects of the safety evaluation are identified.The application is expanded on the basis of the identification standard of the important hazard sources of hazardous chemicals,and then the major hazard sources are identified by this method,This paper presents a method for determining major hazard installations in chemical industrial parks and then the layout of the chemical park is carried out.The total analysis and quantitative analysis are carried out.Then the results of the fire,explosion and poisoning accidents of major hazard sources are simulated and analyzed by CASST-QRA2.0.The total amount of risk is calculated.The total anount of the risk is the sum of the potential loss of life in the chemical industry park.It is the result of the loss of personnel and the probability of its occurrence.According to the intermational and domestic conditions,the ALARP method is used to determine the acceptable risk,and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for emergency management,and provide the theoretical basis for the effective prevention of sudden safety accidents.
