Study Of Multi-dimension Analysis System Of Cigarette Production Based On Data Warehouse

In recent years,with the Internet + Industry 4.0 in full swing development,the tobacco industry is more and more aware of the importance of data management in the enterprise's lean,improving the efficiency of the information to the industrial production resources,and can promote the structural reform of the supply side at a higher level,measure the level of management through the data,and then use the data to force management.There is a huge amount of cigarette production data in Shandong Tobacco Tengzhou cigarette factory,but the value of data utilization is not high,which can not be used to guide production management.Based on the real time data produced by cigarette production in tobacco industry,data Warehouse was adopted for decision analysis.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of paradigm modeling method,Entity modeling method and dimension modeling method,this paper chooses the star model of dimension modeling method,combines multidimensional data processing thought,and establishes the multidimensional analysis model of cigarette production.A multidimensional Analysis system of Tengzhou cigarette factory based on this model is designed and developed,communicate the requirements of system design,set up a complete system structure,divided the Data acquisition console(DAC),centralized monitoring System(ISP),workshop collaboration Terminal(WCT),Production management System(PMS)four functional modules,It realizes the real-time data collection of the DAC of cigarette production in the Data Warehouse,it strengthens the real-time monitoring of ISP production and dynamically updates the production data of cigarette,gives the WCT operator,the PMS management and so on,and analyzes the mass data of four dimensions of cigarette production,cigarette cost,cigarette equipment and cigarette quality.The output of real-time monitoring chart,statistical analysis and report related to production management and process scheduling is realized,which realizes the production management function of plant-level,workshop-level and team-level three levels with the field coordination dispatching function,and satisfies the management demand of cigarette production data of Tengzhou cigarette factory.The realization of multidimensional analysis system of cigarette production in Tengzhou cigarette factory has deepened the degree of industrialization and information fusion,and greatly improved the data management level of the workshop.The realization of multidimensional analysis of cigarette production in this paper has some reference value in the direction of production data management in industrial enterprises.
